To be eligible you must:
Currently own the home you are renovating in the Los Angeles area and surrounding neighborhoods.
It must be an investment property.
Have a detailed plans and financing to do it yourself.
Be in the process of renovation already and prepared to be filming anytime from June to November 2023.
Make yourself available for approximately 5 days of shooting staggered over the renovation period.
