Get in a movie!
If you live in New Jersey and have some spare time, here is a chance to get a small role on set of Paramount’s Mean Girls.
Casting Call for Paramount Pictures movie. The movie is rumored to be the new “Mean Girls” Musical and is set to film in Middletown, New Jersey shortly. The Mean Girls movie is said to be a musical that will be starring Angourie Rice as Cady Heron, Auli’i Cravalho as Janis, Jaquel Spivey as Damian and Reneé Rapp who also held the same role on Broadway as Regina George.
Grant Wilfley Casting is looking for NJ residents that are adults but can pass as teens and look like high school students for the upcoming Mean Girls musical movie. The extras casting directors are also looking for a variety of movie extras to fill the roles of teachers, parents and neighbors. These are paid movie extra roles which means that the roles are non-speaking and mainly background roles. In fact, they are in need of people of all ages, shapes, sizes and ethnicities that are adults, over the age of 18.
Please note they will be checking IDs which must be state issued in order to be considered and that covid testing is also required. Since the available roles are for background actors, no travel costs will be covered and the casting company is only considering people that are local to the area.
The original “Mean Girls” description is as follows:
Teenage Cady Heron (Lindsay Lohan) was educated in Africa by her scientist parents. When her family moves to the suburbs of Illinois, Cady finally gets to experience public school and gets a quick primer on the cruel, tacit laws of popularity that divide her fellow students into tightly knit cliques. She unwittingly finds herself in the good graces of an elite group of cool students dubbed “the Plastics,” but Cady soon realizes how her shallow group of new friends earned this nickname.

GWCI is seeking a Caucasian Female Photo Double, 5’4 – 5’6, honey blonde/reddish blonde/strawberry blonde hair, 40s-50s age range for HIGH SCHOOL MOVIE MUSICAL by Paramount +
Tentative Dates:
Shooting – 4/17 (Middletown, NJ)
Covid test – 4/14 ( 24-48 hours prior) in Williamsburg Brooklyn or Middletown NJ
Height: 5’4 – 5’6
honey blonde/reddish blonde/strawberry blonde hair, 40s-50s age range
Dress 6/8
Actress’ hair is 2-3 inches below the shoulders let us know if you are okay with production cutting it to match!
Pay rate: $219/8hrs. COVID testing: $100 stipend.
