Rate: $100.00/10 ($100 for up to 10 hours of work)
ROLES CASTING:
[BACKGROUND EXTRAS – FASHION SHOW ATTENDEES] Male and Female, all ethnicities, age range 28-70, well dressed, stylish, fashionable with clothing that you would wear to an upscale fashion show.
**CLIENT NOTE: This is for an opening for a documentary that highlights the history of Black Americans. The opening is a very artsy mock up scale fashion show (think Chanel, etc) that will highlight the history of African Americans from Slavery to Modern era. The “models” will be the African Americans through the years. (Enslaved, The 20’s, The 50’s, etc.) The shoot is about the evolution of African Americans and the “models” will show how African Americans evolved. Because it starts with slavery, some of the imagery may be disturbing (someone in slave chains, someone in just a loin cloth, may be possible partial nudity, etc). We know that this may be a touchy subject for some, so we wanted to explain the look. This is not exploitative or negative at all – it is historical context.
