Synopsis:
A hilarious comedy that centers on two sweet elderly sisters who are known for their acts of charity. Unfortunately that charity includes poisoning lonely old men who come to their home looking for lodging. They are assisted in their “mercy killings” by a mentally challenged nephew who believes he is Teddy Roosevelt. Matters get complicated when a second nephew discovers the murders and a third nephew appears after having just escaped a mental institution. The result is comedy, fun, and mayhem!

Roles are non-paid, however a small travel stipend will be paid to cast members traveling from outside the Heber Valley.

In person auditions are on April 13 5-8pm and April 15 9-11am, located at the East Classroom, Heber City Rec Center, 345 W 600 S, Heber City, UT 84032. We encourage you to sign up for an audition window, but walk-ins are welcome.

Callbacks are by invitation on April 15 11am-1pm.

Video submissions, headshots, resumes, and audition registration forms are to be submitted by April 13. Email them to carrie@charitableactstheatre.org.

Rehearsals begin April 19th and run M, W, Th 6-10pm and Saturdays 9am-1pm.

The show will run at the Midway Town Hall on Mondays, and Wednesdays through Saturdays, June 5th to June 17th, at 7:30pm, with a matinee each Saturday at 2pm. Entire cast must be available for Dress/Tech Rehearsals the week of May 29th through June 3rd.
