Casting Call for Barmageddon

Get on the reality bar game show Barmegeddon.

The unique bar game reality challenge is coming back for season 2 for the 2023 / 2024 television season and in now accepting online auditions from people across the country that would love a chance to put their gaming skills to the test on the national TV show.

The new season of Barmageddon is casting for people who have starred in viral videos that failed. Yep, this may be a chance at redemption. If you starred in a viral video that can only be described as a “fail,” or know anyone who is, here is your chance to make up for your epic failure by competing on “Barmageddon.”

Barmageddon is a reality game show which brings some old games that are often seen in a bar, to a much bigger stage. Blake Shelton and Carson Daly, along with the Barmageddon host Nikki Bella, welcome folks into the bar owned by Blake Shelton in Nashville called Ole Red. While in the bar, people that get on the show get to compete in what one could describe as classic bar games…on steroids, as they get bigger. Games include Air Cannon Cornhole, Keg Curling, Drunken Axe Hole and more.

Buddies Blake Shelton and Carson Daly star in USA’s “Barmageddon,” the wild celebrity game show you never knew you needed. WWE Hall of Famer, Nikki Bella, brings the heat as host. The superstar trio head to Nashville and invite viewers into Blake’s bar, Ole Red, for a front row seat as their celebrity friends compete in over-the-top bar games. With Carson behind the bar and Blake taking the stage for live music sing-alongs, the celebrities let loose in this anything but ordinary game show. In each episode, two celebrities compete in classic bar games with a twist, including Keg Curling, Drunken Axe Hole, Sharts (“Shelton Darts”) and more. Each celebrity is playing with a viral internet sensation, plucked from obscurity following their epic misadventures online, who now find themselves at Ole Red hoping to be redeemed. Ultimately, the winning team gets a prize while the losing celebrity must accept the shame of defeat. On “Barmageddon,” hangovers disappear, but victory lasts forever.

Student Film Project in Austin Texas Seeking Acctress

University of Texas in Austin, Texas.

Yuqi Sun, a grad student at the University of Texas is working on film project titled “I Gaslight My Mom” and is currently seeking to fill roles of a teen aged girl and the role of her mother in the project. The roles are paid. You may see the role descriptions below as well as other details about this short film production.

This project will be filming in the UT area around mid to late March and will be holding auditions this month in the Austin area.

Looking for two actresses. The story is about a teenage girl who gaslights her mother, using her mother’s guilt to make her look like the victim but ended up making the relationship better.

Casting Call for “Hot Ones” – Military & Veterans That Can Take Some Heat

The YouTube Show Hot Ones is now casting military members and veterans nationwide.

The show is holding a casting call for some upcoming special episodes that will feature active military members as well as military veterans.

Hot Ones, created by Christopher Schonberger and Sean Evans, is a YouTube series that features celebrities and chicken. Yep, Chicken. Much of the show and the celebrities who appear as guests are interviewed by Sean Evans over a platter of Hot Wings. Some notable celebs that took on the hot wing interview challenge have included Lizzo, James Cordon, Will Ferrell, Set Rogan, Kevin Hart and countless others as they tried to answer questions while their mouths burning.

The food oriented talk show was first produced by First We Feast and later by Complex Media. These aren’t just your average chicken wings…they are apparently quite spicy and as the show moves on and the wings get eaten, the wings get hotter and hotter.

The popular and actually spicy show grew in popularity and a few more shows spun off including a game show.
