Caucasian woman who looks in her young 20’s, who has a loud voice, appears average in dress, mannerisms and appearance. Can act like she is not all mentally there. Stage experience and good at improve. Toddler in tow. Toddler looks to be around 5 years old. This is a live performance during a wedding in a church for only a couple minutes on April 22nd.
