WHO GOES OUT ON MONDAY NIGHT?

Audition / Call Type: Theater

Casting for readings of a new three act play by UC Berkeley Writing Programs Lecturer and writer.

 

CHARACTERS:

JOEY: Nineteen, younger brother of Bernice, currently in college but off for
summer. Struggling with his male identity.

BERNICE: Twenty-four, engaged to TOMMY, but troubled by it.

TOMMY: Twenty-four, unrefined but intelligent; powerful in appearance. Heavy
Massachusetts accent.

NADINE: Twenty-one, friend of JOEY’s, psychology student, worldly.

RAY: Sixty-two, JOEY and BERNICE’s father.
