Audition Season for 5th Annual Morning Pointe Foundation Seniors Got Talent.

The 5th Annual Morning Pointe Foundation Seniors Got Talent variety show in Lexington, Chattanooga, Franklin and Knoxville has begun its audition season with some exciting changes! This year, the age requirement has been lowered to 60, allowing more seniors and groups (ages 60 and older) to participate.

Auditions are open now, and the selected acts will compete in locations such as the Bijou Theater in Knoxville, TN, and the historic Lexington Opera House.

Age Requirement: Now open to anyone 60 or older.
Prize Money: First place wins $1,000, second place $500, and third place $250.
People’s Choice Award: An additional prize based on audience votes.

Event Details:

Auditions: Online submissions are accepted at morningpointefoundation.com/events/seniors-got-talent/. In-person auditions will take place at local Morning Pointe Senior Living communities.
Variety of Acts: Singers, musicians, dancers, poets, comedians, and more. Groups can have up to six performers.
Judging Criteria: Technical ability, stage presence and professionalism, appearance/costume, difficulty of act, and originality/creativity.

Event Producers: Seniors Got Talent is produced by the Morning Pointe Foundation, a nonprofit organization, in partnership with Morning Pointe Senior Living. Most participants are not affiliated with Morning Pointe. The show’s proceeds from sponsorships and ticket sales support the Foundation’s local college scholarship funds.
