Solano Community Players is excited to announce auditions for William Shakespeare’s The Tempest, a timeless tale of magic, betrayal, love, and forgiveness.
Seeking:
Performers of all genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds. Whether you’re a seasoned Shakespearean actor or new to the Bard, we encourage you to audition. All roles are open, and casting will focus on diversity and inclusivity to bring this magical story to life.
About the Play:
The Tempest follows the journey of Prospero, a deposed Duke turned sorcerer, who conjures a mighty storm to bring his enemies to the island where he has been exiled. Themes of power, redemption, and wonder unfold in this enchanting tale full of spirits, shipwrecks, and transformations.
Auditions:
Auditions will be held on December 16th, 2024 from 7:30pm – 9:00pm and December 17th, 2024 from 6:00pm – 9:00pm
