Seeking actors for a Disney-style Family Film to be filmed in the Metro Detroit area in late July/early August.
CHARACTER DESCRIPTIONS:
CORKY:
An average 8-to-13-year year boy or girl. Corky sometimes talks directly to the camera in a very relaxed, conversational way. This character should react well to some surprises. Corky should also react well to some very corny jokes (eye rolling.) There will be a little physical comedy during the chase scene. Please note a parent and guardian must be present for all rehearsals and shoot days.
SIDNEY:
Sidney is an average, 8- to 13-year-old boy or girl. This character is Corky’s friend. Sidney must be good at telling corny jokes. There will be a little physical comedy during the chase scene. Sidney must be good at acting surprised. Please note a parent or guardian must be present for all rehearsals and shoot days.
EUREKA:
Man or Woman appearing to be 25 to 45 years old. This is a Live-action Genie-type of character similar to the Robin Williams role in the animated feature ALADDIN. Must be likeable, animated, energetic, and funny. For a good idea of what this character should be like, see the Genie in this You Tube clip from 13:45 to 15:40

FRANK:
Male, appearing to be 25 to 50 years old. Frank is a not-too-bright bad guy who is very likeable. He is similar to the Joe Pesci character bad guy in HOME ALONE. There is some light physical comedy. Frank is the leader.
HANK:
Male, appearing to be 25 to 50 years old. He is a not- too- bright bad guy who is very likeable He is similar to the Daniel Stern bad guy role in HOME ALONE. There is some light physical comedy. Hank is Frank’s goofy assistant.
