Auditions announced for Watertown Players final production of the season, “Shadowlands.”
The Watertown Players – “Shadowlands” by William Nicholson, based on the life of C.S. Lewis. Directed by Blaine Landowski and produced by Rebekah Landowski, “Shadowlands” will be performed at the Watertown Players Theater on July 12, 13, and 14, 2024. This production is presented through special arrangement with Concord Theatricals on behalf of Samuel French, Inc.

The Watertown Players Community Theatre is a non-profit organization dedicated to enriching the lives of those in our community by providing quality live theatre for ALL ages. We are an all-volunteer organization.
Auditions:
There will be an open call for the theater production on Saturday, May 4th from 10 am to 12 pm on Saturday, May 4th, at the Watertown Players Theater.
The theater is located in The Market at 210 S. Water Street, Watertown, WI.
Seeking at least 6 men, 2 women, and 1 boy (approximately 10 years old). Prepare to read from the script in “Received Pronunciation,” and the character Joy Davidman requires a Bostonian accent.
“Shadowlands” is the poignant love story of C.S. Lewis and American poet Joy Davidman. Join us as Jack Lewis, smug in his convictions, confronts the direct presence of love when Joy and her son enter his life.
Auditions will be conducted as a group during the specified time. No advance sign-up is required; simply arrive at 10 a.m. If unable to attend, appointments may be available.
