Casting Call: Extras Needed for Bruce Springsteen Biopic Starring Jeremy Allen White in Asbury Park, NJ
A new movie is filming about Bruce Springsteen and is coming to Asbury Park, New Jersey to film. The movie using the working title “Husker” will be filming in New Jersey this fall. Another movie filming in the New York / New Jersey this fall is the long awaited sequel to Happy Gilmore 2.
TCS Louisiana Productions is currently casting local background actors for an upcoming feature film about the life of Bruce Springsteen, starring Jeremy Allen White. The movie is set in the 1980s and will be shooting in Asbury Park, NJ from December 9th to 13th, and on December 16th, 2024.

This is a fantastic opportunity for non-union actors to work on a major film set. Extras will be paid $176 for a 10-hour workday, and all roles are for non-SAG performers. Participants must be willing to work both interior and exterior scenes and be comfortable working around atmospheric smoke. No transportation or hotel accommodations are provided, so local talent is preferred. Additionally, extras must have no allergies to wool as some costumes will require wearing wool garments, and full-day or night availability is needed for the shoot dates.
