CASTING TAYLORMADE (CASTING™) IS CURRENTLY CASTING MINORS TO PLAY STUDENTS TO FILM 5.10 & 5.13. THIS ROLE HAS A MANDATORY FITTING ON 4.25, 4.29 OR 4.30.

Student. Minor must have a parent or guardian with them for both filming & fitting dates. Only one parent/guardian is permitted to join the minor.
SPECIAL NOTES :
This production requires you must be open to hair cut/trim from our hair department at your fitting. By applying here, you should be open & willing to receive this cut/trim.
SUBMISSION NOTE :
Please upload the following in order to be considered: FULL LENGTH BODY PHOTO & a selfie with today’s date on it in your submission. This is very important! YOU MUST upload these photos in order to be considered. Please do this quickly as we need to book this ASAP.
GDOL
Minor must have an active GDOL # in order to be considered. If you have not already done so, please sign up for a GDOL at https://www.dol.state.ga.us/public/es/mie/minor/registration.
Once you submit the form, you will receive a confirmation email. The minor’s GDOL # will be the confirmation number in that email. Please do this before continuing to the form below. You MUST have an active GDOL number or APPLY for a GDOL # before submitting for consideration. This is VERY VERY VERY important. This is a 2 day booking. You must be available both filming dates in order to be considered.

1. NO MORE COVID TESTING!
2. YOUR FILMING DETAILS (LOCATION, TIME, WARDROBE) WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU THE EVENING BEFORE YOUR FILMING DATE(S).
3. ONCE BOOKED, WE WILL SEND YOU A FITTING SIGNUP FORM TO PICK THE DATE YOU CAN FIT.
