“Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?” is a game show that puts contestants’ knowledge to the test by revisiting the basics of elementary school curriculum. Hosted by Jeff Foxworthy, the show challenges adults to answer a series of questions typically encountered in fifth-grade classrooms.
The twist lies in the deceptively simple nature of these questions, often catching contestants off guard and highlighting the importance of fundamental knowledge. Contestants have the opportunity to enlist the help of a panel of fifth-grade students as they attempt to answer questions ranging from history and geography to math and science.
