the causes, what actions patients can take, and how toothpaste might help.
Rate: $8000 for shoot and usage, business class airfare,
hotel accommodations, and $75 per diem
Shoot: 5 days mid-late August in Bangkok, Thailand

Day 2 – Arrive Bangkok/Wardrobe Fitting
