Disney is holding an Open Casting Call for kids

Disney is looking to cast a few roles for their live action, upcoming, Walt Disney Studios movie “Moana.” Disney is currently filming the movie in both Georgia and Hawaii and it seems they have more roles to fill. This film has been filming for sometime and got a bit delayed due to the strikes of last year, which have since been resolved. These are paying roles that seem to be ongoing for the filming and pay SAG rates. Now, you do not need to be a SAG actor to apply and previous acting experience is not required.

- FALE KIDS #1-3 & VILLAGE KID: Pacific Islander toddlers scared by stories.
- YOUNG BOY (REACTS TO FIRE): Pacific Islander boy, ages 6-10, scared by fire.
Compensation:
- Daily roles: $1,204.00 – $1,324.40 per day
- Weekly roles: $4,180.00 – $4,598.00 per week

[MOANA (8 YRS OLD)] Actor to play a character that is female, 8 yrs., Pacific Islander. Lured by the horizon “beyond the reef,” this little girl is already questioning her place in the world. She loves her family and is always the first one to help a person or creature in need. MUST SING,
FALE KIDS #1-3 & VILLAGE KID] Actors to play characters that are any gender, 3 to 6, Pacific Islander. Toddlers who are terrified by Gramma Tala’s stories of demigods and demons.
[YOUNG BOY (REACTS TO FIRE)] Actor to play a character that is male, 6 to 10, Pacific Islander. A young boy who gets scared when the fire he’s building erupts in flames.
