The Righteous Gemstones is coming back for a new season and production is beginning in Charleston, South Carolina.
The casting directors for The Righteous Gemstones are in need of paid extras that live in the Charleston area where the show films. Those interested are able to follow the directions below to get their submissions directly to the show’s extras casting team.
About the show:
Well into the second generation of a grand televangelist tradition, the world-famous Gemstone family is living proof that worship pays dividends in all sizes. Patriarch Eli, the man most responsible for the tremendous success of the family’s megachurch, is in mourning over the loss of his wife. Jesse, the eldest of the three grown Gemstone siblings, looks to lead in his father’s footsteps, but finds his past sins jeopardizing the family ministry. Next in line comes middle sister Judy, who secretly lives with her fiancé and dreams of escaping the Gemstone compound. Rounding out the dysfunctional trio is pseudo-hipster Kelvin, the youngest of the preachers and a thorn in Jesse’s side. As the family battles numerous threats to their renowned religious empire, they continue to spread the good word… and make a solid buck doing so.

35 Seniors-( ages 65 & up) Males & Females for Gemstones Senior Prayer group. 10 willl be pulled on the day to also go work the Simkins offices after completing the church group scene.

10 Steakhouse Kitchen Staff. Since these folks are with our cast, they will be photo selected by the Director.
Need to get photos in ASAP. 4 Seniors, 2 short people, 2 others and 2 server types. These people should have interesting or unusual faces orsomething different/unique about their look.

Names Tyler, I’m 26, athletic build, Never been in any type of professional acting but I know I’m pretty dang good at it. As well trying to pursue a future in the music industry. Not sure if there’s anything to pick up I’d like to be on but I’m definitely down to exercise my options.

I sang in: Tosca (Italian opera), The boy who grew too fast, African’s paradise, Mahler’s 9th symphony, Kingdom of music… I acted in 2 Slovenian movies: Gaja’s world and Strkerjada. I was on screen.
