ESX Entertainment’s Horror Film The Necklace is in production in the ATL.
The Necklace, produced by ESX Entertainment and directed by Juan Pablo Arias Muñoz, is currently filming in and around the Atlanta area. The film features a notable ensemble cast including Madeleine McGraw (M3GAN), Violet McGraw (The Black Phone), Sarah Lind, Felix Solis, Jacob Moran, Christina Moore, and Brynne Kurland.
The screenplay, written by John Ducey (A Hollywood Christmas, That’s Amor), centers on the Davis family as they face adversity in the 1960s. Laura Davis, estranged from her husband Frank due to his alcohol-induced volatility, returns to her nursing career. Meanwhile, their daughters, 11-year-old Ellen (Violet McGraw) and 16-year-old Judy (Madeleine McGraw), struggle with their altered family dynamics. The story takes a sinister turn when Frank tries to reconcile with Laura by gifting her a beautiful antique necklace. This seemingly innocent gesture unleashes the vengeful spirit of a malevolent boy from the past, putting Laura and her daughters in dire peril.
Atlanta area extras casting directors are currently filling small, non speaking roles. Please note that they are only considering those local to the ATL.
