Violet is a mother to Ryan the protagonist. The script expresses the value of time and how we use it. Ryan is a 16 year old teen who has lost himself in the world of technology, his mother Violet fears for his future. As they argue, Ryan wakes up the next morning to his whole family missing. Everyone but his dead grandfather. Ryan begins to question if he’s alive as he soon realizes the value of our limited time.
Violet is a concerned mother who wants the best for her son as she fears for his future. As she tries to find the balance of being stern and supportive.
