Casting several roles for “Nothing Felt Like Her”, a short film depicting the aftermath of a lesbian break-up to be screened at a Film Festival this summer.
Rochelle: Lead, female or non-binary, mid-twenties, lesbian. This role is one of the main narrators of the story, and includes off-screen narration that creates a timeline throughout the story. Role contains no nudity, but does have a kissing scene.
Dani: Romantic lead, female or non-binary, mid-twenties, lesbian. This role is the ex-partner of Rochelle.
Ruby: Supporting/voiceover, female or non-binary, mid to late-twenties, lesbian/queer. This role is primarily an off-screen narrator, with a final scene on camera.
Scott: Supporting, mid to late-twenties, queer. This role is the best friend of Rochelle. Trans/non-binary actor preferred, but all genders are welcome to submit.
Unpaid. Meals, credit, and footage provided, as well as invitation to a networking event for industry professionals following the screening of the film at a festival this summer.
