The ideal candidate should be a nerdy, intellectual sports reporter type who can pose engaging and playful questions to Bill Belichick about football and his personal life. The questions should be humorous and inventive, provoking reactions from the reporter as Bill Belichick often avoids or ignores them. Candidates must demonstrate quick thinking, maintain character, and create compelling, spontaneous interactions.
