Midland Symphony Orchestra: Now Auditioning Professional Musicians for the 2024/25 Season
The Midland Symphony Orchestra (MSO) is seeking talented professional musicians to join its ranks for the upcoming 2024/25 season. Auditions are scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on October 10th, offering a unique opportunity to become a part of this prestigious ensemble.

- Section Violin
- Principal Viola
- Section Viola
- Section Cello
Audition Details:
- Date & Time: October 10th, starting at 6:30 p.m.
- Format: Auditions will last approximately 10 minutes and will include required excerpts, solo selections, and possible sight-reading.
- Preparation: Musicians are encouraged to prepare thoroughly to showcase their skill and artistry. A detailed schedule will be provided three days prior to the audition.
Registration Information:
- Deadline: Registration, along with a $25 refundable deposit, must be received by October 7th.
- Payment: Please mail your deposit to 1801 W. Saint Andrews, Midland, MI 48640. Deposits will be returned upon completion of the audition at the Center.
