“Naked Gun” movie series is getting a reboot, “The Naked Gun: Law of Toughness”
Paramount’s “The Naked Gun: Law of Toughness” is currently filming in the Atlanta, Georgia area and casting directors with Atlanta’s CL Casting have been releasing various casting calls for “The Naked Gun: Law of Toughness” regularly for Atlanta area locals who would like to work as paid background actors on set. If you live in the Atlanta area and have always wanted to work on set as a movie extra, read on.
Currently, the project is using the title of “Laws of Toughness.” “The Naked Gun: Law of Toughness.” That’s right, the beloved franchise is making a comeback, and this time, Liam Neeson steps into the role of the bumbling yet endearing detective, Lt. Frank Drebin.

Neeson takes over the iconic character previously portrayed by the late Leslie Nielsen. Known for its hilarious slapstick humor, witty one-liners, and outrageously unrealistic situations, the original “Naked Gun” movies are timeless classics in the parody crime genre. Now, Paramount Pictures has given the green light for the remake, currently in pre-production and set to start filming in the coming months.
