Casting Call: Kentucky Tourism Ad Campaign – Various Roles
A casting call has been announced for a Kentucky Tourism ad campaign, with filming taking place in several towns across Southwestern and South Central Kentucky, including Louisville, Bowling Green, and Red River Gorge.
The production is seeking non-union talent who can work as local hires, as no transportation or accommodation will be provided. Filming will occur between October 21-25, 2024, with selected talent working one day during that timeframe.
The casting team is looking for real families with tweens and teens and LGBTQ+ individuals or couples who are adventurous, energetic, and comfortable with outdoor activities such as boating, ziplining, and horseback riding. These are non-speaking, featured roles.
Rate: $600 for a half-day shoot (up to 6-8 hours).
Submission Deadline: Saturday, October 12, 2024.

Project: AD CAMPAIGN – Kentucky Tourism
Shoot Location: Various towns/locations in Southwestern and South Central KENTUCKY (to include Louisville, Bowling Green, Red River Gorge, Jackson, Frankfort, Campton, Robards)
MUST be able to work in the Southwestern and South Central KENTUCKY areas as a LOCAL HIRE!! (Transportation/Accommodation will not be provided)

MUST have flexible open availability for ALL listed dates until your shoot date (if selected) is scheduled. We can not submit any Talent who have restrictions during this date range
-we do NOT have exact Call/Wrap times, so you should have FULL days available to allow for whatever the Call Time ends up being.
Union Status: NON-UNION
Rate of Pay:
$600.00 for 1/2 day (possibly up to 6-8 hours) – PER PERSON. No additional Agency fees

[FAMILIES with TWEENS & TEENS] Looking to cast REAL Family Units of all ages – WITH KIDS WHO ARE TWEENS to TEENS, ethnicities, all types. Adventurous, fun, energetic family groupings. Also looking for talent who have one or more of the following qualities: very comfortable on boats/water, no fear of heights and comfortable with ziplines/other height related activities, horse skills to include being a natural at interacting with horses to include riding them.
[LGBTQ+ / SAME SEX COUPLES and INDIVIDUALS] Looking to cast REAL LGBTQ+ and Same Sex Individuals and Couple Units of all ages, ethnicities, types. Adventurous, fun, energetic, REAL Couples who would like to work together. Also looking for talent who have one or more of the following qualities: very comfortable on boats/water, no fear of heights and comfortable with ziplines/other height related activities, horse skills to include being a natural at interacting with horses to include riding them.

Understand that exact filming locations will not be assigned until you are booked as locations vary by role (MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN KENTUCKY!!!)

ALL SUBMISSIONS MUST ALSO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
-PLEASE UPLOAD 2-4 RECENT photos (preferably from your phone camera) so that Client can see what you currently look like. We will only submit Talent to Client who upload the RECENT non-professional photos. Prefer 1 full body standing and at least 1 close up – NO filters!) MUST Include Individual photos of each person in your group AND a couple of photos of you all/both together as a family/couple
ALSO – HIGHLY RECOMMENDED & HELPFUL (preferred – but not required). Client PREFERS Talent who have a video with their submission but will still consider those without video – IF you are able to – please also record a short cell phone video of yourself giving us a slate with your first & last name, height & weight, and a brief bio about yourself that aligns with the values and activities for the role you are submitting. Let us know if you have any and briefly describe if so, your experience: boating/on the water activities, ziplining/height related activities/no fear of heights, horse handling/horseback riding experience, and any other adventurous spirit activities.
