Modified By Ink – A tattoo show addressing internal and external scarring from all types of traumas and tragedy.

Modified By Ink is a groundbreaking tattoo reality show that delves into the healing power of body art for individuals who have endured various forms of trauma. Each episode highlights two guests who share similar traumatic experiences and the stories behind the tattoos they receive. The show goes beyond personal narratives by collaborating with non-profit organizations related to the featured trauma, organizing fundraisers to support their causes.

Hosted by renowned tattoo artist Cleen Rock and trauma survivor Brandie Phillips, who herself is a burn victim that found help in covering up her deep scars with art. This series not only transforms lives through art but also raises awareness and funds for important issues.

The 12-episode season travels to six cities, featuring seven famous artists, beginning in Illinois and culminating in Daytona Beach, Florida. Throughout the season, the show will cover a wide range of traumas, including burn injuries, cancer survivorship, human trafficking, PTSD, domestic violence, and homelessness.

The season concludes with a major event celebrating tattoos and charities dedicated to healing. Modified By Ink will document the intersection between art and how it can help in the healing process.
