NICKELODEON’S “KIDS PICK THE PRESIDENT” IS BACK AND SEEKING NEW FAMILIES NATIONWIDE.
Nickelodeon is filming its election show, “Kids Pick the President”, for the 2024 election, and are looking for kids and families to participate in dialogues about the issues that face America most. Furthermore, this Nick show will be covering a broad range of topics—from the economy to AI to mental health.
Nick’s Nick News production will use a mix of self-shot footage and in-person shoots to get to know the families participating and their viewpoints as kids across the nation vote for who they think will win the election.
Nickelodeon’s “Kids Pick the President” is a long-running, interactive initiative that empowers children across the United States to learn about the political process and share their voice during presidential elections. The program, which first launched in 1988, gives young viewers the opportunity to “vote” for their preferred presidential candidates through polls and other engaging activities designed to foster civic awareness.
