RWS Global is searching for talented male-identifying R&B vocalists to join the dynamic music team aboard Holland America Line’s Rolling Stone Lounge. This high-energy, vibrant music venue delivers an unforgettable experience for guests, with each 7-piece band performing over 200 iconic songs spanning Rock, Pop, and R&B genres. If you can belt like Marvin Gaye, smooth out the lows like Al Green, or bring the energy of Michael Jackson to life, this is your opportunity to shine.
We are seeking R&B tenors and baritones with the vocal power and stamina to perform nightly, leading the charge with high-energy performances that captivate and engage the audience. Candidates must have a strong stage presence, extensive performance experience, and the ability to work the crowd, keeping the dance floor packed every night. MC skills and crowd interaction are essential.
Although your specialty will be R&B, versatility is key. Performers must feel comfortable singing across genres such as Rock, Pop, and Country. In addition to leading on R&B tracks, all vocalists will also contribute background vocals to other songs within the band’s repertoire.
Perks of the Job:
- Musicians will have “guest status,” which includes single-cabin accommodations and full access to the ship’s amenities when not performing. There are no crew duties, making this a unique and prestigious opportunity for musicians at sea.
- The band performs three 45-minute sets per night, with one night off each week.
