“Walker,” a reboot of the 1990s western drama “Walker, Texas Ranger,” is an American action crime drama TV series developed by Anna Fricke for The CW. Premiering on January 21, 2021, it features Jared Padalecki as Cordell Walker, an undercover Texas Ranger returning home after two years on a high-profile case.

The show, renewed for a second season in February 2021 and a third in March 2022, continues to follow Walker’s journey as he balances family life and crime-solving. In May 2023, it was renewed for a fourth season.
The series centers on Cordell Walker, a legendary Texas Ranger investigating crime while reconnecting with his family. A modern-day hero, Walker, and his partner, Micki Ramirez, adhere to their moral code, mirroring the original series’ ethos.
