Exciting opportunity to expand both your command of Shakespeare as well as your improv skills in a totally hilarious play that audiences love.
Guelph Ontario’s (big) Little Theatre – 300 seats, with almost a century of constant operation, is looking for three fearless actors for its upcoming production of the internationally award winning play, “The Complete Works of William Shakespeare Abridged Revised!”
Three actors will perform 50 equally-shared Shakespearean roles while hiding none of the impossibility of succeeding in such an undertaking from their audience!
Guelph (a city equidistant between Toronto and Stratford) steadfastly maintains its community theatre classification (no pay), however this show has been selected to participate in the Western Ontario Theatre Festival in Leamington Ontario following its run this spring.
The three unfettered performers will be chosen on the basis of performance only and performers of all pronouns will be considered for each of the three roles.

Please submit headshot and resume and, if contacted, you will be asked to prepare 1 of the following: Opening “Instructions” to the audience, OR the “Two Households” prologue from Romeo and Juliet, totally over the top, OR prepare a short scene from the script with a partner.
