Storyline: Two stories being told parallel with each other, a couple’s relationship falls apart over clear differences, while a Japanese musician loses his life due to mental health struggles.

“Marginalia” Character Breakdowns:
Hiroshi Takahashi – SUPPORTING (45-60 yrs.)
A man troubled by the loneliness that comes with being misunderstood and unable to express it to those around him. He desires to be a good husband and father, but the world inside his mind weighs him down. He finds solace in creating music, his place of peace.
Emi Takahashi – BIT PART (13-18 yrs)
The daughter of Himari and Hiroshi Takahashi. Although Hiroshi is not her biological father, she misses him and is grateful for his kindness to their family. She follows in her mother’s example in honoring Hiroshi’s memory and longs to be like her mother.
