Disney Auditions: Your Chance to Become a Disney Character Performer
Disney will be holding open auditions in various cities for performers that would like to join their team. Open casting calls are scheduled for New York City, Orlando, Florida, Austin, Texas and Atlanta, Georgia in the next few weeks.

What You Need to Know:
No previous dance or theater experience? No problem! Disney is looking for individuals who are passionate about storytelling and have a deep love for Disney magic. At Walt Disney World Resort, the possibilities for performers are endless—from greeting guests in parks and resorts to starring in character dining experiences, parades, and shows.
So, can you do the following? Because, they are seeking performers (no experience needed) to play costumed characters.
The Audition Experience:
Get ready for a fun and creative process! Auditions will include learning a simple dance combination, where you’ll get the chance to join your own Disney parade. Additional movement or animation combinations may be introduced to showcase your unique talents. Bring your biggest smile, boldest energy, and let your personality shine—Disney is seeking performers who can create unforgettable magical moments.
Tips to Stand Out:
Be enthusiastic, be yourself, and embrace the joy of storytelling. The audition is your opportunity to show what makes you special. Remember, being accepted into the Disney College Program is a requirement to be considered for a character performer role.
