Producers are looking for beach home buyers who are currently in the process of purchasing — or have recently purchased within the past three months, a cozy coastal cottage, ocean-view home, or hidden beachside retreat. Buyers should be charismatic, opinionated, and comfortable on camera. To qualify, the home search must be focused on properties priced under $500,000.
In addition, the casting team is also seeking coastal and beach realtors who have a vibrant personality and a knack for finding affordable beachfront deals.
