There is a casting notice out in the New York area for a project currently called “Crime Doc.” According to the casting notice this is a true crime reenactment series that is filming in the New York/ New Jersey area this spring.
Whatever the case may be, the show is currently filming in the New York / New Jersey area and there is a casting notice that Grant Wilfley put out to fill some needed roles.
Please note that you must be local to the New York area in order to be considered as extras roles do not get their travel expenses paid and casting directors are looking for locals only.
Crime Doc Casting is seeking talent for a featured role in an upcoming true crime documentary filming in New Jersey. The production is looking for an 18+ actor who can portray a teenage friend of an alleged murderer.

- Role: Featured Teen Friend (must be 18 or older but able to play younger)
- Shoot Date: March 27, 2025
- Location: New Jersey
- Pay Rate: $181.50 for 10 hours
- Union Status: Non-SAG-AFTRA
Requirements:
- Must be local to the NJ/NYC area (no travel provided)
- Must have a valid ID to complete federal I-9 paperwork
- Comfortable portraying a character in a true crime reenactment
