Cruise Line auditions – Dynamic Vocalists for High-Energy Cruise Performances
Live in Orlando? Are you a singer? If so, the Virgin Voyages cruise line is hosting auditions for singers in the area to join their at sea cast of performers.
Virgin Voyages is searching for powerhouse vocalists with exceptional stage presence and star quality to join our fleet of immersive performances across the Caribbean and Mediterranean in 2025. They are seeking vocalists from all backgrounds who are comfortable with basic movement, improvisation, and performing in immersive environments among live audiences.
Our vocalists are given the space to sculpt and adapt to their individual styles and our shows embrace a vast spectrum of identities, genders, body types, and musical styles.
Our shows include captivating and dynamic performers with a strong sense of style, humor, and self. We are looking for unique vocalists with wildly diverse backgrounds and individual styles. All singers must be comfortable learning basic movement, improvising, performing in close proximity to and among audience members.

Contract Details
- Duration: 6-month contracts throughout 2025.
- Locations: Caribbean and Mediterranean cruises.
- Compensation: Starting at $1,100 per week, plus single-cabin housing with a private bath, transportation, and all meals.
- Requirements: Must be 21+ to apply.

The Hostess
- Female Identifying
- A glamorous and engaging storyteller with stellar hosting and vocal skills. Serenades audiences in a solo cabaret and stars in Scarlet Night.
- Range: E3–F5 (belt/mix), head voice to B5.
The Diva
- Drag Queen (Male Identifying)
- A fierce vocalist with dazzling dance moves and razor-sharp wit. Stars in their own cabaret show, hosts events, and energizes every party.
- Range: B2–A4 (belt/mix), falsetto to C5.
- Requirement: Professional drag experience, including comedic hosting.
The Unicorn
- Female Identifying or Non-Binary
- A singular vocal powerhouse with humor and charisma. Performs 90s hits with flair in UNTITLED DANCESHOWPARTYTHING, a wild, club-style dance experience.
The MC
- Male Identifying or Non-Binary
- A glam rock performer with gender-bending style, channeling Bowie, Rufus Wainwright, and J. Viv Bond. Stars in Ships in the Night.
- Range: Up to B4 with falsetto.
Demeter
- Female Identifying
- A commanding rock and soul singer. Performs in Persephone.
- Range: E3–A5 (belt/mix).
Lola
- Female Identifying
- A thrilling vocalist and magnetic storyteller. Stars in Lola’s Library, blending charisma and strong movement.
- Range: Contemporary high-belt.
Chanteuse
- Female Identifying or Non-Binary
- Mezzo-soprano/soprano with a magnetic presence. Narrates and stars in Another Rose.
- Range: G below middle C to D5.
Sydra
- Female Identifying (30–50)
- A powerful alto with a striking, protective persona. Stars in Persephone.
- Range: F below middle C to C#5. Styles include rock, soul, pop, and punk.
Tomas
- Male Identifying or Non-Binary
- Energetic tenor with comedic and clowning experience. Performs in Another Rose.
Jeanna
- Female Identifying or Non-Binary
- Mezzo-soprano/soprano with comedic timing and versatility. Performs in Another Rose.
Molly
- Female Identifying or Non-Binary
- Mezzo-soprano/alto with strong harmonization skills. Plays multiple roles, including the Priest in Another Rose.
