The El Paso Symphony Orchestra is holding auditions for multiple musician positions this spring.
The El Paso Symphony Orchestra (EPSO) is the oldest performing arts organization in Texas, dedicated to enriching the cultural landscape of the region through exceptional musical performances. Founded in 1931, EPSO presents a diverse repertoire of classical and contemporary works, featuring world-class musicians and guest artists.
Musician Auditions:
Auditions will take place on Saturday, May 17, 2025, and Sunday, May 18, 2025, at UTEP’s Fox Fine Arts Recital Hall (500 West University Avenue, M301).

- Strings: Section Violin, Section Viola, Section Cello
- Flute: Principal Flute, 3rd Flute/Piccolo
- Oboe: Principal Oboe, Utility Oboe/English Horn
- Clarinet: 2nd Clarinet, 3rd/Bass Clarinet
- Horn: Principal Horn, 4th Horn, Utility Horn
- Trumpet & Trombone: 2nd Trumpet, 2nd Trombone, Bass Trombone
If a current member of EPSO fills a listed position, any resulting vacancy may also be filled during these auditions.
