Universal is casting for a commercial filming in April at Universal Epic Universe.
They are looking for individuals with dynamic, energetic, fun-loving, and outgoing personalities. Open auditions are available to everyone, and minors must have a legal guardian fill out the application form.
Now, this is for a promo for a new park and those cast will apparently be among the very first guests to visit the new park. Also, this is a paid gig. Every person cast will make an easy $1k for being among the very first people to visit the park.
Universal Epic Universe is a new theme park which is still under construction in Orlando, Florida. The new park is scheduled to open on May 22, 2025. Epic Universe will be the 3rd attraction that Universal will have in the Orlando area.

They are seeking real families, couples, super fans, cosplayers, gamers, and individuals. Acting experience is not required. Applicants must live in Florida and know how to use a smartphone to record. Families or couples should film together, and groups or friends are encouraged to apply, though individuals are also welcome to audition on their own.

The deadline to submit applications is March 16, with early submissions strongly encouraged. If applicants are unable to meet the deadline, they may reach out to see if an extension is possible. The production team is looking for genuine, natural moments of fun, rather than polished professional content. The audition will not be used for corporate-facing content, so applicants are encouraged to relax and be their authentic selves. Filming can be done in a UGC-style POV selfie format.
The compensation is $1000 per person, and the opportunity is open to Orlando local hires only. Travel and hotel accommodations will not be provided. The content will be used across all media formats and in perpetuity. This is a non-union project.
