Casting for Season Two of Dr. Pimple Popper: Breaking Out on Lifetime is now officially open.
Dr. Sandra Lee is once again accepting new patients to be featured on the series. The production is seeking individuals who suffer from a variety of skin conditions, including lipomas, cysts, abscesses, keloids, rhinophyma, neurofibromatosis (NF), severe acne, mysterious rashes, or any other unusual or challenging dermatological issues.
The series is casting nationwide and for those cast to be on the show, travel is covered by the production.
“Dr. Pimple Popper: Breaking Out” is a reality television series on Lifetime that follows renowned dermatologist Dr. Sandra Lee as she treats patients with severe skin conditions, such as cysts, lipomas, and keloids. Premiering on April 21, 2025, the show not only showcases Dr. Lee’s medical expertise but also her mentorship of up-and-coming dermatologists, providing viewers with an inside look at her practice and personal life. The series airs new episodes on Mondays at 9/8c, with streaming available the following day.

All travel and medical expenses for selected participants will be fully covered by the production. Please note that while Dr. Sandra Lee is the featured doctor on the show, she is one of several qualified dermatologists who are capable of treating these conditions.
