A new casting opportunity is now open in Atlanta!
CL Casting is seeking background actors for a new Amazon period film, currently using the working title Santa Maria. Spanning the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s, this period piece details still remain a mystery. However, this project will be filming this spring in and around the Atlanta, Georgia area.
According to the Georgia film office, This will be a feature film project for Amazon. This is one of many TV and movie projects that are currently filming in the Atlanta area. Other projects filming in Atlanta, which are also casting paid extras include:

Casting directors are specifically looking for:
- Men with shaggy hairstyles, full beards, or mustaches (bonus if you’re willing to trim them into classic styles of the era!)
- African American men and women with natural Afros
- All ethnicities, ages 18 and over
