Casting Opportunity for girls ages 8 to 10: Vancouver Auto Commercial / US talent accepted with passport.
An opportunity is open for young talent to star in an auto commercial filming in Vancouver and Vancouver Island, Canada.
Casting directors are looking for girls aged 8–10, of any ethnicity, with a magical, adventurous spirit. Furthermore, the ability to convey emotion through facial expressions and body language is essential, as the role features minimal dialogue.
Production will pay for travel for the child and one parent, with fittings in Canada from January 23–26 and shooting from January 27–February 1. Submissions are open to U.S. talent with valid passports or green cards, as well as Canadian talent, with in-person casting available for those local to Canada.
Compensation includes $500 for any additional photo sessions and $1,500 for three years of unlimited use.

VANCOUVER, CANADA – AUTO COMMERCIAL – TRAVEL PAID
Girls, 8-10 or so, Any Ethnicity.
She needs to have a magical quality. Not an obvious sweet girl. A slight tomboy with a strong connection to her dad. Filled with curiosity and imagination but like most children, easily distracted by whatever is streaming on her tablet. Expressive but real with a bit of edge to her.
She takes this special journey with her father and is transformed from an aloof tween to someone who becomes deeply in tune with nature and the world around her as she encounters a forest full of wild, magical creatures.
Looking for someone who can be at home in the forest…to engage fully with being out in the wild, ready to roll in the undergrowth, to get dirty.. put up with the cold etc.. – we need an adventurous spirit.
Overall: There isn’t a ton of dialogue in this, so they need to tell the story without the crutch of speaking.
And be able to convey deep real emotion through facial expression and body language.
US Talent:
BOTH PARENT AND CHILD Must have a valid passport – please state if not a US citizen that both have a valid green card, or what country their passport was issued.
Must not have a criminal record, including DUI’s for entry into Canada.
Digital/Social Stills: OCP will be compensated at:
• $500 for the session/shoot (if separate photo session occurs)
• $1,500 + to be paid for unlimited use to any performer used in such capacity for 3 years from 1st use date.
